Fresno’s best reinvents itself.

Since the mid-1960s, The Terraces has served seniors in Fresno who demand choice, convenience, style and value. We were, and are, the city’s only continuing care retirement community, and we are becoming so much more.

The Terraces is in the midst of a multi-year campaign to revitalize senior living in Fresno. Though not yet complete, results are already evident in our beautiful new Mediterranean-inspired residences and the Tuscan flavor of our revitalized neighborhoods. Residents now enjoy a new bistro, fitness center, swimming pool and spa. When the transformation is complete, more than half our campus will feature new construction, and all residents will have complete access to new and existing community-wide services and amenities.
