Nursing

Director of Staff Development: Full-Time/Benefited: Assesses and identifies training needs through assessment of staff and by keeping abreast of relevant medical advances; At least one year of experience in nursing, preferably in a geriatric setting; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities; Must be certified in CPR with the American Red Cross; Must be a licensed nurse in the State of California.

Facilities
Environmental Services (Housekeeping) Manager: Full-time/ Benefited: Under occasional supervision, supervises housekeeping and laundry services in the care of residents; performs full supervisory  duties for the houskeeping, custodial, and laundry team. Must have five years of experince in the field of Environmental Services and two years of supervisory/management experience.

Housekeeper: Casual/On-Call; Under general supervision, performs a variety of custodial/housekeeping duties for residents; sweeps, mops, and uses vacuum cleaners to clean floors; dusting, cleaning bathroom fixtures and floors. Must have minimum of 3 yrs experience in hospitality cleaning. 

Dining Services 
Servers/Wait Staff: Casual/On-Call; Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays). No experience needed; will train. (This position does not pay tips.) 

Cooks: 3-Part-time/Benefited positions; 3-On-Call positions; One-two years experience of short-order/line cooking required and production of large quantities of food in a professional, fast-paced environment. Must be flexible to work varying shifts (including weekends) and follow all State-mandated guidelines for food preparation. Safe/Serve certification is a plus.

Dishwasher: On-call; One year experience dishwashing in a large, fast-pace dish room environment is a plus; Must be flexible to work various shifts during the week and weekends; Must adapt to strict regulatory guidelines...comply with all safety and sanitation procedures on a daily basis.

Assisted Living
Resident Assistant: (8 postions) Casual/on-Call; Vocational/technical training in the nursing field preferred; at least 5 months experience in a related field; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Under general supervision, provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents.

Home Care Aide: Casual/On-Call; A minimum of 1 yr experience in working with the elderly. Will be trained to work in Home Care and Assisted Living.

Licensed Vocational Nurse: Full-Time/Benefited; NOC Shift; Requires a minimum of 2 yrs nursing experience and some geriatric experience. Must have current CA license. Position includes supervisory duties.
